CONTACT LENS ASSESSMENTS

A contact lens assessment is how we determine which contact lenses are right for you. A small number of people cannot use contact lenses, so first we have to check that you are eligible.

Then, with a series of tests and measurements, we gather all the information we need to create contact lenses personalised for you. The optometrist will also talk to you about what kind of wear you want and other choices you have to make, giving you advice to help you make your decisions.

AFTERCARE & ADVICE

After you are fitted for contact lenses and start using them it’s important to see how they affect your eyes.

Aftercare appointments are designed to do just that – by checking your vision and eye health we can see how the lenses are affecting your eyes to ensure that they stay healthy and you get the best vision possible. It is also an opportunity for you to tell us how your contact lenses are working for you so we can help you with anything you’re not sure about.
